the last info i heard from canada was feb 2020. Their website says they are still processing pr cases .

Has anyone received an pr approval email in april/may 2020

Hi @Gnik890

I live in Canada I just received my approval yesterday. And They did not asked for my passport. And I dont have my CoPR in hand. Should I send my photo for PR card? Or I have to wait for my CoPR?

Please limit duplicate posts. What did the PR approval day. Yes you will need to apply for a PR card. It is currently taking around 200 days since processing has stopped since covid.

I believe that August 2019 Inland applicants were starting to receive PR in May. Due to COVID-19 some are bypassing the landing interview and being notified of PR straightaway via email phone. Anyone whose [Inland] application was received September 2019 on has been at a near standstill. Of course there have been exceptions, but this seems to be what I've seen throughout the various threads.

Hello all, my AOR was on Dec 05,2019. I called IRCC this morning. the agent said everything is positive and because of Covid-19, i will be receiving a call/email from an agent to finalize. So yes they are still working on our application! I don’t know how long will it take to receive that email/call. Hope someone can give an approximate timeframe!
