Has anyone received an OWP for spouse in Canada recently???

Hey Guys,

My wife applied online in Canada for an OWP at the end of July but is still waiting for it. She had a TRV initially. Does anyone have any idea how long applications are taking or has anyone got one recently? The CIC website says 33 days for an online application and as per that, her application should have been processed by now.

BTW, i'm on a study permit.

I lso applied visa on 23rd july, still didnt got, no update .... dont know whats happening:(

I have applied on 27th May...received my medical on 28th of Aug...I am sill waiting for decision. .

This is good news that u got medical request.Sooner u will be in canada.Please tell me list of documents u attached with application.What u have specifically shown for strong ties.

any update on your wife's online application?
I am also a visitor here in canada and applied online for OWP based from the WP of my skilled husband.
Id like to ask if she got approved and if she did medicals here in Canada.

Hi @Smiley123...when did you call them, also have you received your medical yet?
@Raj_74 ....I have submitted all the documents required...invitation letter, spouse noc, employer confirmation, rental agreement, marriage cert n photos, passport copies, educational certs.
