What is the Prohibition check ?

Prohibition as it name entails is are u prohibited from becoming a citizen.

Because I am Nov 2018 applicant and I am still waiting for my Oath

It is hard to tell my friend, with all the backlog no one can predict, but with you being a 2018 applicant I would keep calling IRCC every single day and send web form too. Tell them you have already passed the average processing time of 12 months

I do call them everyday , I do send a webfourm I sent an urgent request , The MP office is calling weekly
they all say : I have to wait !!!

Wow thats a long time for Scarborough, usually they operate at a higher capacity in terms of the # of staff working.

You should call your local MPs office and have them follow up.

Most of the processes show the status as "not started" like knowledge check and others for some people.
Also, any recent date/timestamps that may show your file was opened by local officer ?

Most recent date shows 01/18/2021 where the fingerprint was uploaded.
Wife shows 01/29/2021 where it mentioned the citizenship test and date (already done in 2020)

According to my understanding it is regarding IRCC employee's working from home arrangement, but not sure.

Criminality shows Passed. The rest NOT STARTED. I contacted MP’s office as well. They gave the same report as GCMS notes.

Your file is still not transferred to your local IRCC office. Your file might be stuck under security clearance and will not be sent to your local office until it's cleared and passed. You should call the helpline and ask about the status of your security clearance and you can also send a request to CBSA to get an update about your security clearance.
