i think the problem was you didn't complete your application within 60days from what i can see.
application has to be completed before 60days after receiving ITA

My profile is open, I am just checking if the completeness check can be assumed to be finished after medical changes to passed

dragon17Sky has submitted the application in less than a month. Application submitted in Feb for 31st Jan's ITA is less than a month's time.
