Has anyone experienced seeing other applicant's name on MyCIC account?

I've checked my MyCIC account and it shocked me that I saw another applicant's name under my account. I was able to take a screenshot though. I know it could be a system glitch or someone is accessing my file as I recently added my spouse to my file after PPR.
Anyone experienced the same? I'm kinda worried that itll screwed up my file

You may raise an error report to IRCC (and attach the snapshot).
