Has anyone ever received their Approval In Principal by e-mail?

The reason I'm asking is that CIC has my e-mail address on file, and when I called in the past, the agent told me that we should expect to receive the AOR via e-mail.
This did not happen, we received it via snail mail. :-\

So, I am curious how we should expect to receive our AIP...

Yep! I did. It was a 2 page email from immigration. (sent to the sponsor)

Sorry!! Mistake! I thought for some reason you meant AOR. MY BAD!!

We got our AIP by email. We've never gotten anything by snail mail.
