Has anyone ever been granted a visa after re-applying?

Hear a lot of ppl get refused a TRV and alot of talk about re-applying. But has anyone ever re-applied and get accepted?

Can you tell us more about your case i.e., what did the refusal letter say? and how exactly did you address their concerns? How long did it take to process the second time around?

I have mentioned some points towards the of the post with subject "Questions regarding visitory visa from Islamabad for sponsored spouse", it took 75 days the second time as well.
