Has anyone directly contacted CIC to clarify doubts and confusions?

Hi Seniors,

Looks like there is no direct contact available from the main CIC website for us to ask questions.
As a result, we have to rely on various forums to get clarifications, which may not always be reliable or accurate.
Has anyone directly contacted CIC to ask questions?
Would like to know the procedure and how it works.

Many Thanks,

Pre-Assessed..
Contacting CIC by phone is a waste of time. Better to send a Case Specific Enquiry. Even then in the majority of cases you are likely to get a very generic answer.
