As far as i know, the main campus of university is in New Jersey, USA. In Vancouver, they just have a small branch with 6/7 classrooms.Any fdu applicants here? For MAS?
So, its not wiser to invest money in this university for the sake of education. However, if your main motive is to get PR in Canada and you have relatives/friends in Vancouver(who can support you). Then, this would be a good option for you.

Paid one year fee and gic and Well with the SOP, and strong affidavit of family support. , IELTS is 6 over all. ,
What are the chances of obtaining VISA, and
