Has anyone applied for visa after may 15th and got approval?

Hi i applied from dubai non sds june last week and gave biometrics on 1st july. Will i be able to get a decision before fall semester begins.

Background check ? Eligibility review? Has anything started?
 
Actually i applied through agent so i dont have access to my account...so i have no clue what i should be doing.

Abu Dhabi office
Still waiting for medical request
Eligibility review started July 2 and still on

I applied on May 6th.
Background check: processing since i submitted my application
Review of eligibility: “we are reviewing whether…” on 22nd July.
Received BVL on 22nd July.

should I expect a decision soon ?
