Has Anyone Applied for Study Permit Online so Far !!!

If anyone, anyone out there, who has applied for study permit online. Please, please post your full experience here, especially after Uploading our documents and Paying the Fees part...
There are many students like me,who want to know more about this.

My experience so far is, I took the online eligibility Test "http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp" and I was eligible to apply online. So after the taking the eligibility test, we'll get a CODE. Then we have to create an account (GC KEY)and then create our Online Study Permit application by entering this CODE. Then comes the uploading page, where we have to upload our documents... I have come up to this and stopped, because My Education Loan is still in processing and my documents are not ready yet...

So if anyone has gone beyond this, please tell us what the next steps are...

And please give us your Opinion, Do you recommend this Online Facility...

I too tried upto this level, I had some addtional documents which I had to show. I was confused then. So I applied the paper application on 5 feb 2013 at VFS banaglore.
Now I have got a call from CHC for medicals.

Can you please tell me, what those additional documents are, that you were not able to show online... Why I am asking is, I too have additional documents which I am not able to show.... Just want to know what your's were... (Please send me a message if you don't like to post here)

And can you elaborate the Paper based application procedure... That is after filling all the forms and collecting the documents, we fix an appointment at VFS Office (Am I correct?), and What do the VFS Guys do... Can you please explain your exp at VFS Office.

1. At the end, you will be directed to put-off application/documents at the nearest visa office, your homeland.
2. VFS only collect/hand out application/PP, they are not authorized (and not capable) to answer any visa related queries (except forms/application doubts). You do not need any appointment, just check the office timing.

The First point, "At the end, you will be directed to put-off application/documents at the nearest visa office", Is it for Online application.
Cause, I am from South India, and Canadian High Commission is way too long from my place, 3 days travel (3000 KM). So after filling online, if they ask to come in person to CHC to drop the documents, then it's very difficult and I have to drop that plan of applying online and choose paper through VFS. Canadian VFS office is somewhat closer to my place (500 KM)... So, After completing online application, will they ask to come to CHC excluding the services of VFS...

That's what I am thinking too....
Just thought, Online is new and CHC will feel happy if we use their new facility,
as CHC too recommends the students to use online facility...

1. Acceptance Letter (Unconditional with CAD 20000 Scholarship for PhD Engineering Sciences in Simon Fraser University British Columbia)
2. Admission Letter from the same
3. Visa Application Form
4. Family Information Form
5. Masters and Bachelors Degree and Marksheets
6. Employers Letter
7. Form 16
8. IT Return
9. Student Questionnaire Form
10. 4 months Bank Statement
11. Visa Fees

According to rules you can apply inside Canada for study permit (directly to CIC) only if you are on a valid work/study/TR permits. Otherwise, you MUST apply outside of Canada. If you are using the Online portal for SP application, you will be directed at the end to submit application at the nearest visa office of your homeland, CIC (and no one in Canada) will process your application since you are not legally residing in Canada on S/W/T permits.

Best option: Download forms/checklist at http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/visaapplication.html and apply at the nearest VFS office, you do not need to travel 3000 km to Delhi.
