I did apply a month ago, to go study in University of Manitoba in Winnipeg as a computer science undergraduate. I'm transferring from the USA after an associate degree in the same field. On CiC website, they say the processing takes up to 9 weeks, so I'm still waiting. I applied for the Winter 2014 term (starting in January 6). I hope it works. I'm more interested in finishing my education rather than stay in the US, even though that's still a good option.
