I have a similar query. I recently got my PR and had traveled to canada briefly for the initial landing. I returned to UAE (Dubai) without my PR card. Now i need to apply for a PR Travel Document from Dubai. can anyone help me with the process, required documents & the process timelines.. This time i plan to finally relocate with my family hence i need to understand the process time so that i can plan my relocation process accordingly (leaving my job, disposing of my assets etc).
