how long it will take to get offer letter?

HI,

Please, I'm from Algeria and Wondering if international students can apply for BAPT (bachelor of applied technology petroleum engineering) in the winter intake ?

I've read that the program can be started in winter and fall but they didn't mentioned about international students

please clarify for me.

Another issue, that I've applied for Instrumentation engineering diploma but I didn't transfer my transcripts yet, can I change my application to BAPT without paying additional fees ?
