Has any one heard abt Avanse Education Loans ?? - India

Here is my personal experience with Avanse Finance. As my flat is mortgaged with SBI and SBI doesn't provide education loan for Diploma Certificates, I decided to go with Avanse Finance without colletral for the loan amount 20 lacs. But, after taking almost 20 days, they requested me for colletral which I did not have. Also, they asked me to pay upfront interest of 30 months in advance for not having colletral. Interest rate which was mentioned was close to personal loan almost 15%. And as if all this was less, they asked me to start paying EMI right after disbursement.
Now, I am confused if they are really providing education loan under the terms of personal loan.
I will not recommend this finance company as they say something and later do something else. Not realiable in any way.
