i'm in the same situation right now, non-sds applicant and i've been waiting since 4 months and got my BVL 3 months ago from CPC Ottawa
last night after several tries I was finally able to connect to an IRCC agent on call and she said she can't access more info on my file because it's been sent to New Delhi for processing
could you tell me how long it took for you to get your decision?
i'm at a loss here, NDVO's contact number is apparently invalid and they don't respond to webforms ever.
i really hope i don't have to defer
