Has any had their 1 Year PGD from Virtual University (Pakistan) evaluated by WES?

Hi there. So far nobody has posted if the VU PDG has any equivalency in Canada. If anybody here has gotten the result of the ECA, kindly post it here 
. Also , I did notice everyone here wants to do PDG from VU. Has anyone come across SDC (Skills Development Counil) Pakistan. They offer 1 year PG diplomas as well and can be done either directly or through various colleges.
Looking forward to hearing from all the people here who completed their PGD's and also got ECA's

Here is the good news!
I have confirmed from VU admission office that1 year PGD is applicable for attestation by HEC.
My Email:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
I am planning to take admission in 1 year PGD offered by VU. However, I need your help to clarify a confusion; will this diploma be attested by HEC? I know VU is duly recognised by HEC but normally HEC attests only degrees not diplomas. Please clarify this. I will appreciate your cooperation."
Response by VU:
Dear Student,
"The Post Graduate Diploma programs offered by Virtual University are recognized by HEC. PGD & Degree Programs that have a course track of minimum one year are applicable for attestation by HEC. On completionof your PGD you may apply for attestation from the following link http://eportal.hec.gov.pk . For further details please visit the following link http://hec.gov.pk/english/services/students/Degree Attestation System/Pages/Degree-Attestation.aspx"

Can someone guide me. I have bachelor of 2 years and also masters of 2 years. Wes will give me the equivalence of bachelor. If I also do pgd of one year from virtual University of Pakistan. Will Wes give the equivalence equal to master? Or what if I do ma English from Punjab university. It's a two year degree but can be done in one year. What should I do to get equivalence of master in Canada? Thank you

WES may give you two or more, I have seen many cases where wes give diploma and bachelors to 2+2 degrees. Moreover you can get your masters only evaluation from ices which will give u masters equivalency.
