Thanks to all for the imformation the every body share here it was very helpful for me.
AINP Application received 31 of December 2008.
FILE received 17 of Feb 2009.
NOMINATION received 08 of July 2009.
I am a temporary foreing worker in alberta for 1 year. (worked from 07/2008 true now)
BUT
when I was filling my application for permanent residence to send a copy to AINP where they ask for visa office request for the process of your application. I wrote BUFFALO USA. And AINP sent the certificate to Buffalo. Now I have the visa office specific instructions and the NUMBER 14 ask choice of interview locatio The big problem is the I do not have USA visa when I was looking for information to fill
the aplication I found this web side www.cic.gc.ca/english/ information/offices/apply-where.asp www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/federal_worker_faq_travaillerur_federal... They say if you have been lawfully admitted to Canada or the USA for at least one year and are still residing here you may submit your application to the buffalo Visa Office.
I tink I was confuse with the word may .What can i do,I have all ready to send to buffalo but if they ask for interview .Or I have to chenge to the Visa office in my home country. Thanks

Can't you apply for a tourist visa to US and then complete the process. Like if we are in US and want to stamp our visa, we can go to Canada by applying for a temporary 6 months single or multiple entry canada tourist visa. (and check a box in the Canada tourist visa application that we are going for H1B stamping from US to Canada). There must be something similar reciprocal arrangement. Or maybe a tourist visa would suffice.

Congrats for getting Nominated. Best wishes for next steps...

Sorry for your mess!!

Best would be to call AINP helpline and seek their advice pertaining to your application to be sent to your home country.

Best of luck.
