Hey guys,
I prefer to fill the forms online (on computer) but there are many places where the words outrun the space provided. Now for multiple items, if I keep attaching extra sheets, it will be too confusing.
What is the general opinion on this?
I know a bit silly but I thought I'd better ask.

Thanks

As per the instruction guide please do the following:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/CIT0002ETOC.asp

If you need more space for any section, use an extra sheet of paper and indicate the number and/or letter of the section you are completing and submit it along with your application.

Else try to shorten the sentence/words to fit into that online form.

Thanks coolguysam.
So does it mean we can fill out the form by hand?

Its not suggested to fill forms by hand because it would be hard time for the CIC officer to read handwritten information properly.

The best suggestion is to fill the application form online and then print it and you can write extra information by indicating the number and/or letter of the section of the application and typing in microsoft word and then printing it and attaching it to the application.

Also the application states that "PLEASE PRINT IN INK OR TYPE". It does not directly state that it can be handwritten. In the instruction guide, its nowhere stated to write by hand.

I filled out the form online and did not have any issue like this except for the section that asks for employment and the one about addresses for last 4 years. For both u used excel sheet. Maybe if you provide the number of the section we can help. Also keep in mind that filling out the form online is not a requirement, if you can/want to do it fine if not you can just handwrite it.

remove the file protection and then you'll be able to change the FONT size.

I filled one of block in family information form with black ink pen . Is it right to do so or liable to be rejected???
