Handicapped For pr

Hii i am a handicapped boy but not like all i can do anything without any problems i don't need any medical care is i am eligible for pr in Canada. I live in India but I like to work in Canada and study also because your country has good atmosphere i love your country my dream is to be a citizen of Canada. Please let me know that my dream will true or no.

You can apply like everyone else. For PR you may have to prove that you are not medically inadmissible but if you don't need medical care and are independent you should be fine.
