It would do but should not delay more as days are very less and each and every days counts a lot...
bcoz nowdays flights are also full and accomodation arrangement also needs some time and shopping
and I am on job and have to do all the resign formalities....


OFFCOURSE ONLY IF I GET MY VISA STAMPED WITH APPROVAL

yea' flights are very expensive if we choose to go on 27,28 or 29 Aug before 30 Aug which is Orientation Day....

And me too haven't done any shopping yet!!!!!

Traveling fare depend upon different airlines.. It is good if you book the tickets in advance as if buy the tickets on time they will be really expensive...The price can get doubled...!!!

The time taken may vary from 20 hrs to 24 hrs depending upon the stay of flight on different locations or if its a non-stop flight....

My visa starts on 17.08.2010 and expires 30.09.2012 = 2 years.
I got admission for "Web Development" in Humber (North Campus) and I am leaving on 30th Aug. (missing my first day of orientation @ Humber)


I suggest you friends book your tickets AEAP, so that you won't need to pay much (40k distance). If you cancel your tickets, you may lose 8-10k only.. so, be ready to take risk.


Fears I had (in my case):

1. My parents are second grade teachers (both are retired from work). so, I thought It won't make a big impact on money matters - can be a rejection case.

2. My sister (who got married) is supporting by her current salary which is less than 2LPA; I have attached her 3 months bank statements and supporting letter of my sissy - can be a rejection case

3. While medical (pre-med) test, doctor (male) found that I have Inguinal Hernia for long period (5 yrs) - can be a strong rejection case
ps: I had my surgery after medicals only.

4. I am from Mechanical dept (though I have 3.5 yrs exp in IT Field) who is applying for Web Development - can be a rejection case.

5. I didn't attach my semester mark sheet (because i lost them... actually I torn those mark sheets when i was studying college because of my poor marks and arrears); Only I attached my consolidated mark sheet which shows my entire 8 semesters marks in one sheet - can be rejection case

6. I had 30+ history of arrears in my BE-Mechanical studies (the thing is I never put my interest in mechanical dept. In college days I used to program of my own and did some freelancer work in computer related things). - can be a rejection case

7. I cleared my BE with second class - can be a rejection case. but now a days it's accepted.

8. I have 5 yrs gap (including working exp) after my completion of studies.

9. I was idle for one yr (searching for an IT job)

10. 5 companies in 3.5 yrs length.


These are the fears I had before getting my visa. but, thank God, I am relaxed now..

The best thing I've done is the SOP of mine. My consultant helped me to design the better SOP to show my strong points against my negative things.. Hope that might have satisfied them and my experience too.. .


Last, but not the Least.. Without GOD's grace, NOTHING would have been DONE!!!

My strong point is, Even I got visa, Why can't U GUYS???

Hey i checked the net for flight fares and found continental airlines fares are nearly 58 k and route via NJ

If you fly via NJ (in USA), you have to get your transit visa of USA. It will take 14 days to get. It is impossible at this time.

guys, please make sure whether you are going via USA or others..
In other countries It is fine.But in USA alone this restriction..

If i am wrong, please let me know with the proof..
