My initial application is delivered in Halifax canada through DHL.Is this the right place to be delivered?
I checked it through DHL tracking system.its written like this ......Delivered - Signed for by : JUSTIN14:58 Halifax - Canada.

DHL mails to NS are dropped off in Halifax...Mine passed through the same route.after calling them in DHL they explained this to me. you can as well call them to inquire about, just to be in a safer side. for me, i think your stuff is moving well....
