H1B Visa Stamp with Annotation

I received my passport with us visa sticker, after doing Dropbox process at Toronto. The H1-B visa has an annotation : "Canadian Permanent Resident". Does anyone know if this annotation has caused any problems in future H1B stampings like RFEs or questions asked at border?

Yes, I did just last month.
they asked me questions about where do I live - USA or Canada; why have I made so many trips to CA recently etc. It was unexpected and I have never been questioned so much about my CA PR before as I have entered US multiple times with this stamp. I answered them about my lease here in US showing address proof and they let me go.

Are you traveling back from Canada to US or India to US? Which port of entry? And can you please let me know how long they questioned you and the questions asked?
