H1B Stamping Dropbox in Canada

Anyone still waiting for instructions from Toronto since June? Entered queue on Jun 21 and still haven't received anything.

Toronto is not worth! Check other post, most are waiting for more than a month to get the stamping done

Have the same question. Or is it even possible to create a new DS160 to send to Ottawa, or email Toronto for an update? It has been a month since I entered the queue at Toronto and no instructions so far

H1B: Had H1B until 2020 Sept. Stamped in 2018 in India. Got H1B renewed and planning to move to US. Filling DS160 and have some queries.

1. Which visa should I use to get drop box eligibility in Canada?
2. But which questions determine drop box eligibility? Is it the ones below from DS160 (especially the first 2 and may be the 3rd one as well)?
   1. Are you applying for the same type of visa?
   2. Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence?
   3. Have you been ten-printed?
   4. Has your U.S. Visa ever been lost or stolen?
   5. Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?

Submitted the application and got the below update. It looks I'm eligible for interview waiver (is it the dropbox?) and does it take 5 weeks just to get instructions in Vancouver?

Hi, I need some quick help regarding my visa stamping at Ottawa.

I stuck with family in Ottawa. Need some help.

My in person interview approved, later VO asked to mail the missing document. I mailed to 323 Conventry Road and it is delivered on July 24th 9am, consulate is not yet pickup the documents.
Is this address (323 Conventry Road) is same as dropbox location or different.
How frequently consulate pickup the documents from this location. please share some info.

Applied for Virtual Q, received email within 24 hours

Generated Return label on June 10th, it has 1 month of barcode expiration for return label, if you are not able to drop by that time, you can re-generate

Documents I shared:

Passport with previous H1 stamp
Photo
Email instructions
Return label with 3 pages, only share the 3rd page
I797 (copy)
DS160 Confirmation Page
LCA (Optional)
Canadian Status

July 8th at 4:30 PM Dropped at Canadian postal - you need to find the location near you

July 10th Documents received to US Embassy in the morning

July 15th Application Approved
July 16th Issued
July 18th Passport Received (you will receive an email with tracker info)

I got the email to send docs. They have asked for marriage certificate and kids birth certificates.

1. I live in Vancouver and I can collect from the default point of sale delivery location at 850 Hastings Street in Vancouver. Will courier to home or a post office be faster?
2. Do we have to send originals or would a photo copy suffice?

30th — asked to send VOE over email
1st Aug — issued
2nd — picked up from Canada post. They lost my passport and had to track it down to the Calgary delivery center at 6:30 PM
