Sweet! Congratulations.

Just got to hold on. Now they'll make an actual decision in your application. Since it's a Friday I would say to be patient till next week so you'll see a change in status.
Just got another update as “Administrative processing “ I just wonder what’s happening. Here’s my timeline -
Nov 9 - Application received
Nov 15 - Refused
Nov 18 - Administrative processing
Nov 21 - Administrative processing

Haha. Hope you're relieved. As I said it just takes some time for them to come back after the weekend to update the status. Congratulations!! : )
Relieved is a huge understatement tbh. Finally I can focus on my work lol

oh god, I wonder why would the system play with our health? My anxiety went through the roof the minute I saw my status
This pattern of "Admisnitrative processing' and then followed by 'Refused" and then followed by "Issued" has been there from past 2years for the people who attended interviews in India. Seems like they started it here as well. Unless it says "Denied" we are good. :)

Hello , every one,

My H1B case approved in India , But now I'm in Canada as status workpermit. Can I go for H1B first time stamping in Canada ?

Need help on this.

Regards- Sujith

Hi Sujith

I think so. However, reach out to your attorney to confirm. In the meanwhile, you can go to the link below and create an account. Answer the questions and it will tell you if you are eligible to book a visa interview.
