H1B Stamping Dropbox in Canada

Sending passport to Toronto consulate is not advisable at this moment. I sent my passport on last Feb 20th and still waiting for the stamping. March12th my status changed to Approved, after that no update.
Unfortunately I already sent mine on Last monday and did not hear back anything from them.
I should have come to this forum sooner.
My timeline so far for Toronto Consulate (Interview Waiver H1B renewal)
April 8th: Drop-off at Canada Post
April 9th: Reached Consulate
April 15th: Emailed Consulate for status
April 16th: Consulate replies saying normal processing timeline is 6-10 weeks.
And still shows "Your search did not return any data. " on CEAC status page.

Thank you. I just received courier instruction and it says processing time is up to 6 weeks. Do not contact consulate before this

Hi All,
As part of renewing my B1 B2 visa I submitted my application to us consulate and received courrier information back. It say a prepaid CSRA ID certificate to send the package. It say this certificate will accept some Purolator or bls centers.
I have another tracking ID with canada post in that email mentioned as return of package. So in this case should I use csra id with Purolator or Canada post?
