H1B RFE During PR

Pls let me know whether this needs to be disclosed or is it of any significance.

Back in 2017, I applied US H1B it got selected in lottery but immediately went to RFE questioning Pay offered and the position. We not replied the RFE considering possibility of getting approved from RFE was low.

Whether this needs to be mentioned during canada PR, answering the question whether any previous US visa has been rejected ?

Whether this incident qualifies for previous US visa rejection which needs to be mentioned during canada PR ?

Yes, it is considered as a visa rejection. You have to mention this during your application.

Ok what sort of information i need to mention regarding this, i have no application number or any other sort of records, fact it was applied by an employer who offered a job and left to decide not to answer the RFE..

You don’t need to mention the application details. You may just mention that you have an H1B visa refusal.
