H1B holder with job offer in Canada

Hi, I am an H1B holder working in USA and I got a job offer from a company in Canada. I don't have a visa to travel to Canada and I'm not sure what's the process. What do I need to do to move to Canada?

Has the employer obtained an approved LMIA? Or does the job fall under an LMIA exemption?

I'm assuming they don't have it. How long it usually takes from the moment they apply for an LMIA.

Processing is anywhere from a few weeks to 4+ months.

Make sure they meet the advertising requirements before they apply. Otherwise refusal is guaranteed.
