Hello Guys ,

I sent my documents for Dropbox to Toronto consulate. I’m a Canadian Permanent resident and this is my first time h1b stamping.
02/16/2023 - Dropped my docs at Canada Post
02/17/2023 - Received by consultate
02/17/2023 - 02/26/2023 - “No Status”
02/27/2023 - “Application Received”
02/28/2023 - “Refused”

does anyone one know what are the next steps? I have not received any email or any update on my ais portal.

Hi Srikanth, I'm yet to drop my documents. I'm on a Canadian WP. I'm wondering on the process and timeline as this is my first time H1B Stamping. Can you help me with what documents did you send for Dropbox? (Like i797,employer letter etc)

And did they mention any reject reason for it?

Hello,

Can you please post your status? I got refusal status for my h1b extension(dropbox) and i didn't get any email or anything regarding next steps.
 
Hi. I am a PR eligible for H1B Dropbox but then my status went to Refused and got an email asking to schedule an in person interview. But the status remains at Application Received for my wife. Does anyone how to proceed after this? The next available interview dates are only in August.

They would update the status for your wife too. Did you schedule appointment for dropbox or just mailed in ?

Hey, did you attend the interview? same thing happened with me too.. they refused dropbox and now scheduled interview in august..
 
I have attended for the interview and they gave yellow slip (221g for Administration process). Any idea how long it is taking?

No I came back to the US. Planning to cancel the appointment or rebook it after 6 months. But no reschedule dates are available. I hope they start in country renewals.
