although this news seems to be a lie, but i wont be much surprised if that happens..right now also it is almost close to scrapped..december 2008 pre-assesed guys are waiting for decision - Fast track.rkrr said:Guys,
Here's the hot news ,I spoke to the AINP rep in Alberta yesterday and she informed me that AINP programme has be scrapped. All the applicants who have send their application after May 1st are at mercy of Officer reviewing the file to either grant a file # or not . If in case you have not received the file # in cronological order of date they received the application then pray god or else try some for other options.
All the best.

I agree, they don’t want new comers to Canada when the economy is already ailing, but once the signs of true recovery are visible, this might truly stand out as a fast track process compared to other streams. That might be one of the reason they don’t have any caps or limits on applications or nominations.Manny said:This was started in 2008, much before the turn down surfaced. It was started in good intentions, but they are having to face the realities as well. However I think they are planning beyond the slump. They will probably give many of us the nominations, and slow down the PR process as well. So in this way they will get us into Canada in about a year or more from now, when the economy recovers better. Hey, they do have a plan...
