Re: Is it Worth applying for CIC ??

Thanks for being the peacemaker.

dev and car,
Analysis 101: Whatever analysis we do, the important thing is to note that the analysis is as accurate as the underlying data. There are folks who'd go in to trackit and enter AINP application info without having filed a CIC application as well as leave it incomplete. I think these "bad data" outliers should be ignored. Also note that NOC is something that is applicable only to get the nomination. Prov Nominees don't enter any NOC code in the CIC application. Having granted the nomination, Alberta will not withdraw it unless there is a serious misstatement made by nominee while applying. However, CIC can always reject an application (i.e any application incl AINP nominees') for various reasons. But they would not deny by saying AINP nominated someone by mistake.

Hi Guys,

It will be delivered on Tuesday 29th March 2010.

My state PCC for NJ was dated Dec 30th 2009, so keeping my fingers crossed if my application would be returned :)

VSRao is there a google document where I can enter the dates for CIC tracking...

Jacaranda,

I do not know the right answer to your question, my FBI thingy went pretty smooth, and I would hate to give you an incorrect / uneducated response. I am sure this is the case with most of the guys, don't think anyone is ignoring you - at least I don't know about it ;)

Anyone who sent CIC application after Mar 09, 2010 - has your cashier check/money order been cashed? I sent mine Mar 15, and it has not been cashed yet. Just wish to check if Murphy's Law is still haunting my immigration case!

After 10 Weeks, I received my wife's FBI Fingerprint report but asking me to resubmit due to

L008 The quality of characteristics is too low to be used.

I am planning to resubmit my fingerprints again tomorrow. What should I do about CIC application because I cant wait another 10 weeks.
Is there way to make resubmission faster or can I submit CIC application without my FBI (I am principal applicant). Any suggestions or help is really appreciated.

I was surprised there are only two other guys after mine - wanted to find out who else apart from venks80 and McLuvin had sent their apps. and thus my query! Responses will help Jasper keep it up to date. Please respond if you've sent in your CIC apps.

What size PO BOX to get ?

My CIC processing keep getting delayed due to personal reasons. Current situation is that I might relocate out of State.

I know that I can get a PO BOX as mailing address, but there are multiple sizes @ USPS !

Can anyone please advise me as which size should I opt for ??

Thanks,
DJ

showrisudhir

Thanks, Manny! I updated showrisudhir's timeline.

And my CIC application (including all PCCs) was sent to Buffalo last week. I received the confirmation email with Fedex tracking number from my lawyer today, but it actually reached Buffalo on Mar. 25. (I've entered my timeline on our spreadsheet, too!)

Jasper

Please add my name to the CIC list.
My application reached Buffalo on 23rd March 2010.
I haven't submitted FBI PCC.

Thanks
