Thanks car33r.

I have actually set up an appointment at a professional fingerprinting agency in NJ.
http://www.newjerseyfingerprinting.com/

They charge $25 per applicant, I will be going there in near future and will post my experience here.

Hi, I was also checking that site but the FBI site mentions that a law enforcement agency can do it. I went to the local Police Precinct and got it done. Much cheaper. I downloaded the fingerprint form from the FBI site. BTW I too reside in NJ

Virgo,
I am referring to your description here. One question, I just visited Canada on a WX-1 Business visitor visa. I do not believe that this was a temporary resident visa. I am still not sure though. The word "resident" is confusing me. My visit was scheduled for 4 days and visa was single entry valid for 3 months.

Would appreciate your opinion.

Sincerely,

Hi all

I sent application to CIC on March 1 st with copies of PCC and FBI, instead of original.

Yesterday i found that my check got enchased on March 8th. That means CIC won't return my application right?. Please tell me how can I send the original as update of my application since I don't have any reference number.

If any of you guys send any update before getting a reference #, please let me know how you did it

that's a good sign zorro. Just few posts back (i guess the last page) check out posts of email2kale & bibo...they were discussing about sending docs after CIC application was sent. Dnt send till they ask for it or give you some ref. no. to send it. These are original so definitely dnt want to misplace them without a ref. no..... i suggest you wait till u hear from them.
