hi, i applied for permanent residence in Canada under H&C on February 9th 2017on my own.. my application was received on Feb 15, 2016.
started processing on June 26, 2016. my CAS shows decision made and correspondence was send on 5 February, 2017. it has taken 1 year and a month. today is February 14th 2017 and i haven't received any mail from immigration. what could be wrong? am getting worried.

My application was sent Feb 2017, opened Jun 2017 and I got the 1. stage approval Feb 2018. My case is complicated and I have very good Legal Aid lawyer. If you can get one - I would do it.

I think 29 months refers to total time from the day when the application is submitted. In meantime, 1. stage approval should come and than the rest.

No argument from me. But if the OP applied Feb 2017, got stage 1 approval Feb 2018, they still have 15+ months to go, give or take.

Our PR was approved and I recently received a request to complete my family medical tests. We have completed these tests. May I know what are the next steps and how long does it take get our PR cards on hand. Thank you all
