omh, you got PR after 7 years that you spent as a student ???????
that's veeery long
6 to be precise:) yes I graduated in 2014, although I had been working when I was a student,
why you didn't get your PR before ???????
2011- 2014 study and work, graduated in 2014
Found a job that would support my application
2014 Dec application sent
2015 dec pnp
2017 November pr :)
Back then in 2014 we could apply only through paperwork. It was a lengthy process. Meanwhile I also was in a toxic marriage and also had a baby.
God gave me a strength to deal with all this. After Pr me ex got divorce and I have been raising my child by my self from last 3 years. Now that my parents are here to help, my father is sick ( on visitor visa and bills are piling up) and I don't have siblings to help me. It's best for me, my child and parents to stay together as we support each other. That's why I applied H and c

Please, are you aware if refugees are allowed in the program
In Aipp, you have to get job offer and with that job offer you can apply for a permit in that state online after which you can apply for both work permit and Pr. People have immigrated from India. I there is no harm in trying to get a job offer and give it a try for work permit. The IELTS band requirements are low ( less than 5).
For rural programs, I think the process is similar. I just watched a few YouTube videos regarding these two programs.
If your application is refused, it is worth giving a try to job letter from the employers listed on the cic websites.

The thing is,it’s extremely hard to find jobs in rural communities and the pandemic has made it even harder.

i think ( i"m not an expert) that your hardship arguments ( the danger of the robberies and stealing ) are not to strong, otherwise the best interest of the child exists in your application and voluteer work / relatives in canada helps in establishment factors ( may i know when did your mother come to canada ) ?
several agents look for ways to refuse applications !

according to my simple information about immigration I think it is bette in your caser to make a new stronger application but i advice you to consult a good lawyer he will gives to you better informations and solutions ( like appeal or reconsideration)
2 cases of my friends same like us got Pr with this laye
Hi Andy, was your application processed in Vancouver as well?
i have no idea . Tomorrow I will see the letter then I will let you know
