I have a question , it need clarification . If someone has permanent status on base of H&C . apply before Refugee before H &C . but it was refused. It need clarification , with such like case and circumstances, if he/she willing to visit at home country with permeant status . he/she eligible to travel home country.
If you obtained your permanent resident status Via other means other than refugee. You can go wherever you please

i think you can visit your country without any problem, you didn't get your PR because you received protection/refugee status.
you are PR under H&C stream even if you have a failed assylum application.

I wouldn’t advise you go to your country especially you applied refugees It make you misrepresentation because you say your life is in danger in your country but since you got your PR then suddenly you going back to your country so you lie on your application. Even though it’s not refugee but
This is what CBsa going to see when you come back from your country
Maybe I am wrong
It’s better be careful
It’s just opinion

Exactly, that's what I think too.
How come suddenly is able to go back to his_her home country while it was impossible with the refugee case.
It's a risk

thank you for your quick reply. Actually the H&C is base on the best interest of child and my family like medical condition of my brother in law and his child.

The refugee case was applied almost 7-8 years before. If we are getting permeant residence on base H&C , not on Refugee convection, it should not have misrepresentation

It's clear now.
I don't think there is misrepresentation but don't do anything without being 100% sure.
Your family comes first. You've worked so hard till you reached where you're now.

This question goes to the members who got their PR.
Were the days after getting AIP counted to get your citizenship?
Or the countdown started after your COPR?
