This is not an H&C issue. You will get a better idea of processing times by following similar cases.

Any updates?
So I called Ircc, finally git a hold of them they told me application is still being processed for my h&c, and no decision is made yet, while when I applied for Prra i was told Prra and h&c officers will work together and both decisions will be taken together, now I have an interview next week to come in and obtain the decision by CBSA, however no one knows yet the decision or at least no one is able to tell me the decision that has been rendered 2 weeks ago on my application, these waiting time was torturing but knowing a decision has been taken already and waiting to obtain it is a different level of stress. If anyone has any experience or knowledge in this regards plz share! Hope the best for all of you

That sounds incredibly stressful. From what you’ve shared, it seems like CBSA has made a decision on your case, but IRCC is still showing your H&C application as in progress. This isn’t uncommon—sometimes different departments don’t update their systems at the same time, or CBSA might have received a decision before it was fully reflected in IRCC’s records.

Given that your PRRA and H&C were supposed to be assessed together, it’s likely that the decision CBSA will give you includes both. The fact that they’ve scheduled an in-person interview suggests it could be a significant decision—either approval or a removal order. If it were a simple refusal, they might have just mailed it.

Since your meeting is next week, it might help to bring any additional supporting documents that could help your case, just in case they allow you to submit anything last-minute. You may also want to consult a lawyer to prepare for different scenarios.

Hoping for the best outcome for you! Stay strong.
