Thank you so much ! Do I have to call my CBSA officer?
Not really! They will send you a letter for an appointment if one is required.
I would call the client centre for the update status and asked for what is passed and what is left to be processed. Ask if eligibility has been completed and the status?

@Mahisharm @Pear23
Could you please let me know what to write in my email when I send the required documents? Also, should all the documents be in the same email? Additionally, for the birth certificate, should I send the original or only the translated ones?
For the employment letter, is it for the main applicant or for my spouse as well
Please, if anyone else knows, let me know.

Hi @Taweda
When sending documents to Ircc via email I would say " good afternoon, please see attached requested documents.
Thank you,

2. If all the documents can't be sent in one email it's ok to send a second email. You can mention in the first email that you will be sending a second email because all the required documents cannot be sent in one email.

3. The translated version should be fine given that all correspondence may have been in French.

4. We were exempt from financial requirements so I am not sure what your AIP looks like. During one of our application they requested medical employment letter etc and it was for me and my spouse. So I would suggest sending for both of you if you are both working if not just send yours.

All the best

unfortunately he can neither track nor he can view the status of his application after submitting it online.
The portal only shows you the date you submitted the application.

Approved in principle (AIP) is when you have received a letter from IRCC stating that you meet the permanent residence eligibility requirements.
It is one of the two stages of the process.
Quick question, when can he expect AOR? Whats the processing timeline trend now a days?
Is there any updated spreadsheet for 2023-24 cases? The one mentionef at start of this thread seems to have not been updated for newly filed cases.

Hi @Taweda!

We sent our email today, this is what we did.
One file person, we added proof of employment for both the principal applicant and spouse.

This is what we wrote:

Bonjour,

Hi @eduardlh

Just to confirm, for example, for me, I will send a birth certificate in a separate file and a police certificate in another file, and so on for each member of my family, right?
