Hello, I submitted my application online on June 30th and got AOR on July 19th, since then no updates and I can’t track it online.

Either you call ircc agent (888) 242-2100
Or you can order gcms notes online.

You cannot check online if you submit your application online.
But if you submit paper you can check.

I applied both PRRA and Spousal H&C and still haven’t heard anything back from them.

Could someone please help how to apply for reconsideration?

Sorry to hear that your application was refused. First you have to get the refusal notes, then based on why the application was refused you can request for reconsideration for example if the application was refused based on lack of evidence you could write a cover letter to the officer addressing their reasons and sending the new evidence with the letter.
