Hi Everyone, just want to know is academics from home country helps in H&C application. I am failed refugee and reason for refusal is IFA.

I don’t think it has any impact. Your impact are majorly your establishment and contributions to canada. Work, volunteers, tax and if you have family. I wish you the very best as much as I wish for myself in this long journey.

IRCC sent me an email few min ago to confirm that I am now officially a PERMANENT RESIDENT of Canada .
