Thanks for your reply. Appreciate. Her Super Visa is maxed out she does not have any time to extend anymore...Super Visa stamp in her passport is valid till Jan 2023. I was thinking of TRP but thats for inadmissibly for health or criminal cases which does not apply to her case... thats why I am so concerned and worried :( my life will turn upside down if she leaves so will my child's :(
You can still try applying for an extension. The fact her super visa is going to expire in 2023 doesn't stop you from applying for an extension in Jan 2023 to request a longer stay. IRCC won't expedite the H&C application. TRP applications are generally taking 1.5 to 2 years to process these days so that won't help you.

As per the new rules, supervisa holder can live in Canada for up to 5 years. U can ask to extend the stay. Visa expiry date is only to get entry into the country.
She already lived here for 10 years on Super Visa, does that mean I can apply for extension to another 5 years within country (without her leaving Canada)? That would be her 15 years on Super Visa.

Ask for either a six month or one year extension to her stay. If she has been here for 10 years straight, then presumably you've already extended her stay several times.

Yes, I have extended her stay twice until as she still had visa stamp available until January 2022. Thought it was her max out and we are not allowed to request extension after Super Visa validity is reached. I was told we need to reapply through consulate for another 10 year super visa and she needs to leave Canada and wait there, was also told that she will have very low chances getting another 10 year super visa as she no longer has ties back home (no family or job). If I can still request another 6 months or 1 year extension and wait for HC that would be very helpful as I need her here desperately. Thank you for your kind advice! God bless you!

There's no harm trying. That's your best bet.

If she already lived 10 years then she passed that 5 years stay already. But, I agree with Scylla. Apply for 6 months or 1 year extension. At least, it will buy her time until a decision is made on that application.

Hello @Love101 I was wondering too, sumbitted mine Online too and no update as well. ECAS is not showing anything but how do we know that it is in processing or they are checking it?
That is one disadvantage of the PR Portal. You don't get to see anything or know the stage of your application. For me I call the client centre 3weeks after I sent additional documents to confirm receipt and ask if file is in process or not.

hello friends, do we have to scan photos of the online application and upload them in PDF format?
No. You just fill and complete all the forms online. Except for the ones you you have to fill manually. You will upload those and all your supporting documents and narratives.
