I was in the same boat and now instead on being landed I got fingerprint request. The fingerprint cost $65. If you are in the position to pay for it please do it. I did all other countries police report in advance and never thought they would need my fingerprint here.

My lawyer told me that H&C wasn’t for me then I found another who was totally in favor to apply. Then I paid 12K to him and I got it!!!!

She also said prepare for the worst hope for the best that the best advice someone give me in my whole life
I tried to tell her I will buy you a gift or something let me do something for you what she told me she said I do everything for the sake of God and he will reward me some other way
I said to her I will pray god give you all the happiness in world
I did my application by myself with help of Ayanna she went through and she fix some of my mistakes and I submit it boom I got approved

@Ayanna is just a volunteer so you can’t expect her to respond to questions especially in a certain time frame. She may have other personal or professional issues that she needs to focus on at the moment. She is just a volunteer so if you need time sensitive advice you have the option to pay a lawyer.
Sometimes, we need to calm down. Thank God my mail was addressed to Ayanna and any other members who is will to share their thoughts and NOT you. The language in your response suggest you understand English enough to see that I did not press her thus, I appealed to her to kindly share her thoughts and advise and this is because of the respect I have developed for her in this forum based on her input.
We are all here to share our thoughts to assist one another. I did not only find your response of boundaries but insulting and unnecessary. Thank God your name is NOT Ayanna. It would have been nice if you just read and keep quiet if you do not have anything encouraging to say. I think I have enough to deal with rather than get into banters.

How did I miss this!!! God bless you ma’am. I appreciate your input. I have lots of respect for you for taking out time to assist many people here. I can not apply for H&C yet as I am still within the 12 month window.
I had my hearing in January and got negative decision in March, I applied to RAD in May and got the dismissal last Friday.
I am already in talks with my lawyer to put the Federal Review in.
I shall keep this forum informed while I hope for the best and good advise and encouragement from kind members like you.

if you do kids 12 months bar doesn’t apply to you if you single or couples it will does
seems like you’re in last resort so what’s the last resort H&c will be the last option
