Hello Blac Kelly. Yes, I just received my medical form today and I've gone to the panel
physician for my medical exam. IRCC is going to ask the refugee board to cancel the federal appeal. Yes, I'm still using my lawyer because I paid for this service. The brown paper (IFHP) covers the cost of the medical examination.

be honest with you i don’t know it takes from 45 days up to a year
I seen members got it in 45 days and also seen members got it in 6 months the max
Never seen anyone a year yet
If you send everything by yourself make sure do follow up with your officer
make sure talk to lawyer withdrawals your application from federal court
You are welcome Blac Kelly. Under h and c. I sent my pathway application 2 weeks before my h and c got approved. I guess they must have expedited it because it's indicated on the pathway to Pr website that if you have a pending h and c application, ask ircc to move it to pathway to Pr.

Am also qualified for the pathway program but my lawyer delayed in sending in my application for pathway up till now and av paid and submitted all documents to her since Jan 4th but as God will have it AIP came on H and C on sat 6th Feb. That’s why I was thinking of submitting 2nd stage on my own because she delays too much until last day of deadlines. I paid for h & C and also pathway. Someone said u can still covert 2nd stage to pathway I don’t know how that works

YES, IRCC will do that. It's indicated on the pathway to Pr for health care worker's website. Refugee claimants and h&c applicants don't need to contact IRB and IRCC. They would be updated

Yes your BOC will be included in the H and C. Lawyer wil also use it to write submissions for u
