Hi, we have same time line bro.. congratulations.. I wonder why I haven't heard anything from them.. it was only on 20th January that the discovered that I don't need finger print.. after 9 months..

Yes you can
If you got a job offer letter you can submit that with work permit application and they will approve it for you

if you work without work permit it’s illegal it doesn’t matter it’s a crime they will use against you specially Cbsa catch you
inadmissible to Canada
Maybe you End up in immigration detention
Your H&c going to be very difficult or refusal

Because you are a Psw you might be able to apply for health-care workers permanent resident pathway. Perhaps you can ask your lawyer about it? I know several people that have been successful with that route.
