Yes but I was wondering if anyone experienced that before and how long it will take for them to render a decision.
Its a guarantee for PR if you pass the subsequent checks. For example, additional security checks, medical, misrepresentation... If you have AIP, you will have PR in respect to the eligibility of your case/story.
Aip cannot count on annual quota for humanitarian and compassionate application until PR is approved..If processing delays push your file into the following year, it will count against that year’s levels instead.
I see in your previous posts you are failed asylum seeker, so do you got the same remarks/observation as mentioned the left side bottom of the photo ? if so unfortunately is a significant sign of stage 2 will finalize around 2 years, I hope I am wrong and not waiting that much time to render the final decision.
pushing files to following years dos not mean fixed this broken immigration system, the reason of delay processing of thousands file is because ircc already reached out their levels for 2025, and thats unfair absolutely and this is sucks yussssssssssssssssssssssssss
VIP members if you are not agree with my concepts you do not need to get pissed off or triggered because your contents/posts will remove by mods as i did in the last two days for 2 vip users their posts goes to trash.

because ordering GCMS notes did not work in my case plus in the pas I involved 3 different MP's offices all came back with same answer and useless just they told me wait and they can not expedite the process.
also thousand webforms still not worth.
P.S. 49 atip REQUEST HAS MADE SINCE application RD.
