H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

We do not know what to do now, whether we should apply for reconsideration knowing it would go to the same unfair officer, or file a judicial review for PRRA and submit a fully new H&C application instead. Please let me know if someone else here has had both PRRA and H&C refused. Thank you.

Re establishment in Canada, do you have stable job in Canada?

@Taweda Thank you for your kind words. Why do they make me wait all this time and go though this anxiety if they want to refuse me. Mentally I was sort of prepared but i know it is a test from God. I just pray that he gives me the strength to overcome this challange.

Sorry about this bad news, may God comfort you. Amen. Firstly apply for the refusal note or ask your lawyer to help apply for it so that it can be fast. Then prepare for new application.

I have been living in canada fir past 11 years it was based on establishment i have work and went to school here.but i i beleve because of my lack of connections in canada i was refused. I have struggled to make friends since childhood so in Canada was no different.

No worries you will be fine. We are both in the same boat. I am also waiting for the decision. I applied December 2021. No any news.
I am also studying and working here. But it depends on the officer that handles my file
