There is no proof that H&C applicants are being denied due to people arriving from Ukraine. Approving anyone already in Canada is also not a good policy or else what would be the point of Canada’s various immigration programs if all you had to do is get to Canada and you’d be approved.

respectfully have a great FUC*** OFF ! Spread the wealth Canada was built on fucxin immigrants !we come in this country to do the dirty work no one wants to do we work 3 or 4 times harder than any privilege Canadians we are beyond grateful that Canada open a slot for us to apply for ourself ! Majority of us could’ve done illegal marriage but instead we choose to work our ass off ! And for u to sit on this platform and wish negative on us is beyond disgusting and that dirty mentality that you have you will never get far in life ! Canada is under populated our kids were born here or if not our family depends on us to make a better life . Who the FuCxx do u think you are that you feel u can make that call if we should or shouldn’t be approve ! To my follow h&C applicants don’t give up don’t feed into negative god will make a way for all of us and if any of us fail keep trying and never give up ! The devil comes in all forms !

I know for a fact some of y’all on this forum don’t have good intentions only wants the best for yourself and wish bad on others bad mind can’t change!
I may not know much about the processing now but I feel Ukraine is going to be taking a lot of these numbers that would’ve been given to us as much as it’s unfair because we’ve been here long. please don’t give up guys and let’s keep fighting and stick together .

for Reconsideration you have to find new evidence and like support and positive activities fill out application explanation letter try to convince the officer changed his:her decision
It’s not easy what you think
If you listen to my advice You need to find a legal aid or a professional can help you out with your case because you didn’t even tell us where are you from how long been in Canada do you have a kids do you have a family have you been apply for refugee there is more question you got to open up if you need help

you need to trust people in order to get help, if no one knows any personal info of you. Ayanna can not provide guidance based on your situation. You legal aid lawyer simply said you got rejected because of new policy to Ukraines. There are two methods you will get assistance. 1. continue working with legal aid lawyer. 2. send private messages to Ayanna or other senior members of your personal situation.
You can't expect help without sharing anything. HC is complicated, there is no standard process of doing it. Every case is unique.
You got to say something.
Trust or No Trust, simply as that, there is no " I dont trust you, but I want help from you." area here.

This person is toxic in every level every dimension. A week ago, he was say " you seem to be a tourist and apply for HC when you landed in CANADA." He knows nothing about me, and he was saying " you seem to." Sounds hyper stupid.
Because i shared people without status living in quebec who filed taxes will get $500 from local gov. He tried every way to stop me from spreading the news, but this person lacks of common sense, he sounds poorly-educated.
Yesterday, he texts hundreds of words lecturing me how to be grateful for legal aid office. But my mother has been PR for long time, she deserves every type of service in this country.
It is obvious, he is NOT rooting for immigrants and spreading false information on this forum.

All the “Canada’s various immigration programs” were there along side H&C mostly for people already in Canada who had exhausted all other means to serve as a last resort.
I do not know who you are but you sound like those immigrants who does not want other immigrants in this country.
Good news is that the decision is not in your hands.
Many of us got PR through H&C and many more will get.

My sincere suggestion to everyone in this group to just ignore @canuck78. He/she seem a sadist who takes pleasure in making people already in stress feel more stress. If @canuck78 were God, it might only be winter all year round!!!

yeah one letter is good yeah Uber is fine as long it show you working supporting your family or yourself

When they write you letter make sure attach their picture of Government ID or passport with letters that make your support letter stronger.

Hey guys I see a lot of negativity in this few months I don’t know why only two or three members been refused but think how many got approval didn’t share here

all I’m saying no news is good news
It doesn’t matters how long takes as long it’s positive answers

as lady with two kids immigrated to Canada 2017 who live on food banks no money to pay the rent walking 7 to 10km to save few dollars to food On table I knock everybody door but I always get no answer I always see a dream I will successful I will get status

We starting work two to 3 jobs save money if canada didn’t work we should have money for kids future my first bank statements was $500 sent H&c application
After sixes months updates jumped to $9500
2019 updates to IRCc bank statements $27000 last update sent to irrc with taxes $97000 bank statements on 2021 I got call for H&c office the officer told me about my updates and she said to me she very empress with my application and how work to have savings paying taxes to Government

after fews days later I got Aip then copr and pr
Next year I will apply for citizenship

what almighty God give me status over million dollar house and cars everything want I can buy thanks him he the only change your lifestyle

all those hard work paid off
When I pray I Submit myself to Almighty God and cry and say thanks to him without him we’re nothing

When I see some guys are talking about selling bicycle or you guys don’t have money to hire a lawyer or for fighting for 500 $1000 that make really sad then I said myself what waste of time you can work hard make money if have status or don’t have status
