I’m just so ignorant and upset it’s not even me! Like these are not even valid point to me makes no sense. And then to be petty about it’s your job to keep your child safe ! So what do you do in a blazing gun shot war !Their so dam ignorant , reason don’t makes no sense
This part of the explanation let me without words. It looks to me that this office doesn’t know much about other realities. Maybe he raised in a peaceful country and don’t understand how dangerous some places can be.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Guys, I received the refusal explanation.
the officer pointed that we are well stablished in the community, but we can sell everything we have and go back to our country. He said we were able to find good jobs here since the beginning,
So it is gonna be even easier to find a job in the country we were raised. Said also that because our kid is young, is doing well in school it means she is smart and can easily adapt to another school in another country.
Said that where we live could be not safe for her but to keep a kid safe is the parents job and not the country job.
Said we have lots of friends but we can keep contact by telephone.
Said even though we showed we don’t have family to support us, he thinks once we go back, they could help us on a short term and that we have some savings so we are gonna be fine.
Sais that the country we were born could not be good but it isn’t the only one that is not good.

It was pretty much that.
I’m preparing for my second application.
Please don't be discouraged. Our refusal letter were very similar:

- my spouse can find good job in Africa with Canadian degree (no comment)
- my son does not need his father in Canada because I am Canadian and can raise him alone
-If I miss my partner, I can sell/quit everything and move there with him. I am a free person

For each of these, in our new application I responded with:

-evidence of high unemployment and corruption in his country
-lots of pictures showing he is our son's primary caregiver (he was stay at home dad during covid)
-evidence of how my mental health and well being would deterioate rapidly if I leave everything I worked for all my life behind

Thank God - it went to new agent who gave approval. Keep trying and you will succeed.

Exactly my point . I was happy and fortunate to be born in the Caribbean so
Just curious - is it Montreal office? This person sounds word for word like the woman that refused us 3 times. Exactly same logic.
when a application is refuse does it usually goes back to the same person that did the refusal?
