You still need to have a valid permit for you to be eligible after 18 months. There is no guarantee you will have one by then.

I think you are overwhelming yourself. Your first problem is if you'll even be approved for a visitor's visa. Suggest you focus on that.
Aha. I got your message.. Thanks. I will try my best to get the TRV after the corvid19 over. Thanks for the advice.

If you want to come here and try the H&C route, my recommendation is that you bring enough money with you to survive for at least three years without working (this includes paying for any health care requirements you have on your own). It's true that receiving the child benefit requires you to have status in Canada. Once you apply for H&C, there's a good chance IRCC will not approve an extension of your temporary status and you'll end up out of status (and won't qualify for the child benefit). So it would be best to plan and assume you won't receive this money until your PR case is approved. But as said above, the first step is to apply for the TRV. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion, yes. I will try TRV and go there for checking the city, which province I will like to live and later plan best way for the girls. Currently I am still working, and having some saving with me, and I have an income from the cars rental to the company I work now, so even I don't work. I still get some income every month. Trying to save as much as possible.

You will need at least 50k if not more to wait out the H&C application and there is no guarantee you will be approved. You will need to live in an inexpensive city to afford housing and live a very basic life. It will be quite difficult to get a TRV with 2 Canadian children unless you have extremely strong ties to Indonesia, a good international travel history and good savings.

Thanks for the info. Well I will look into more detail on the TRV thing/info's and look on which is the city to live in. And Yes, I have been traveling to many countries on my job or holiday. Europe, China, Singapore, Malaysia, etc . Last year 2019 in Australia,in 2018 ,I have been to 4 countries, Germany ( holiday) & Taiwan, China ( 2nd times on my company global managers conferences)& Singapore for business trip. My travel histories are very clear, clean, never overstay and always come back to my home country to work.I think I have get enough info on H&C ground principal use and process, and I might going to different patch. probably on getting more education in Canada, so by this, I have to check on the school info , fees , etc. thanks again to have a look on my post. appreciate all the information to those people who gave advice , suggestion and info. Thanks again.

Would warn you again that you will need to show 25k, extra money to support your children and more money for more schooling since 1 year will only get you a 1 year PGWP. The biggest issue will remain that because you have 2 Canadian children so you won’t have very strong ties to Indonesia and it will be hard to that you will return home after your studies. Would focus on advanced courses like masters if you want a better chance of approval.
