You'll need to give us more info. H&C is typically only possible if the applicant is physically in Canada.
Applying H&C for daughter who is physically challenged, not married aged above 45 years. There is no immediate family member back home... she is residing with paternal uncle who is 70 + years... pls help. thx.
She would need to be physically in Canada in order for you to submit an H&C application for her.
Was she declared as a dependent in your PR application? Was she accepted as a dependent and medically examined as part of your PR application?
She needs to be physically in Canada in order for you to try the H&C route. You'll need to apply for a TRV first for her.
Before you apply, very strongly recommend you spend quite a bit of time reading through the Visitors section of the forum to understand what you should include in a TRV application and common refusal reasons. It will likely be very difficult for her to get a TRV approved.Thank you so much ... for your help!!
H&c can be applied with a help from lawyer. I know it may cost but thn anyways if u still want her with u, u would try each and every way out. U can consult any lawyer here in canada after doing some research and they might have a way for u. I hv consulted a lawyer for the same.
