Finding work as a senior in many circumstances has always been tough because there is ageism in the work force. Most seniors applying for H&C are not interested in working.Ya.. for seniors is tough work now a days.. you waiting any application in process
This has a decent chance of working if your husband is the only child (not just the only son). Note that your parents in law should be prepared to remain in Canada without leaving while the application is processed which will likely take around 2 years.Need suggestion
We were thinking of applying for H&C application for my in laws. They are 68 and 69 years old. My husband is the only son. they are on super visa and they are our biggest support system here. they pretty much takes care of our 2 year old. We all live together, they are healthy for now. We have good incomes as well, joint 1,20,000 . They also get pension, have savings. Not sure when parents sponsorship will open and I just do not want to risk their super visa, so looking for suggestions. whether it is a good idea or not.
Sorry, just to add, if they apply under H&C and are refused, this will most likely create issues for visiting in the future. So you have to be prepared to take that risk if they apply.Need suggestion

A supervisa allows them to exactly what you are specifying. A very large number of people seem to think their parents can skip the PGP process and that PR is guaranteed.Need suggestion

HiCongratulations.are you failed refugee? I received AIP on 7 July want to ask you about PCC
Always based on personal circumstances but Canada’s attitude towards immigration and targets have changed dramatically so I would expect it to be more difficult to get H&C than it used to be.How long you were in Canada, were you on workpermit? Can you please share in detail what were your reasons for application because i planning to do same but very confused on it. I am in Canada from last 7 years my pgwp is expiring soon and i am planning to apply in H&C AND I HAVE OTHER REASONS TOO. If you can share what was your situation and reason you have used it will be great help for me to understand
If you didn’t apply for H&C I would be extremely cautious about applying given current quota since both parents are alive and healthy. We are seeing more parents being denied because too many are using H&C to circumvent PGP.Need suggestion
